Expanding chiropractic practice in the Dayton area is searching for an associate Doctor of Chiropractic to be added to our team.  There is the opportunity to join our primary office or be the primary provider at a new location.

 

This would be a tremendous opportunity for anyone interested in running their own clinic but without the headaches of running the business.  You will enjoy the security of a known income and practice without the stress of practice overhead and staff management.  We are an orthopedic/functional movement based practice.  We also provide chiropractic services to multiple universities and there will be the opportunity to work with athletic teams if interested.  We are looking for a chiropractor that is looking for a long term opportunity.  Options to buy into partnership or buy out a satellite clinic.

Duties and Responsibilities for the position of Chiropractor

●      Diagnose and effectively treat all patients

●      Execute rehabilitation protocols necessary to achieve optimal results

●      Effectively utilize all modalities to maximize benefits

●      Use EMR for all aspects of patient management

●      Assist in keeping all treatment areas clean and presentable

●      Occasional Marketing (attend running races, expos, etc.) with the rest of the team

 

Additional Expectations

●      Demonstrate thorough knowledge of anatomy

●      Demonstrate thorough knowledge in methods of diagnostic, orthopedic, neurologic, and muscle testing that is required by state and national standards.

●      Demonstrate knowledge and skill in utilizing soft tissue methods of treatment

●      Demonstrate knowledge and skill in performing chiropractic manipulation

●      Consistently train to improve the skill set necessary to achieve the best results

●      Become knowledgeable in all methods and content of home education provided to patients

●      Become knowledgeable in expectations for results for all acute, post-acute, pain-free, and strengthening patients

●      Ability to consult, recognize, and refer patient(s) to the appropriate health care practitioner if/when needed.

●      Must treat all other employees with dignity and respect at all times

Qualifications

●      Doctor of Chiropractic

●      Licensed in the State of Ohio

●      Manipulation Technique (Diversified and MPI)

●      Additional Soft Tissue Technique Certification Recommended

●      Knowledge of rehab exercises Recommended

 

Pay range

Base Salary (based on experience) with monthly bonus based on performance. Current pay range is $60-100k+.
