Experienced Associate DC Wanted - Chicago area

Established in 2011, we are a thriving practice looking to grow our team and impact by adding an experienced Associate DC to the team. We are a high quality-of-care, medium-to-low volume practice. We believe in whole-body care that helps our patients become healthy, strong and pain-free. Diversified adjusting, myofascial release, and rehab skills based on motor pattern re-learning are a big part of our patient visits. Our typical treatment is informed by several different certifications including DNS, McKenzie, ART, functional manual muscle testing, SFMA/TPI, and fascial manipulation.

An ideal candidate is self-driven and an excellent clinical problem solver that aligns with the mission of the practice. We have a team culture that promotes having each other’s back, communication, and going the extra mile, so the ideal associate would have the same values. Ideal associates should be ready to show up each day and work through their goals. Associate will have the option to be mentored and supported weekly from both a clinical and marketing standpoint.

Ideal candidates have:

·      2+ years in practice as a DC

·      A license in good standing in Illinois

·      A passion for helping people become healthy, strong and pain-free

·      A growth mindset, eager to build relationships with local referral partners

·      A background in sports and rehab

·      A lifestyle that matches what we teach

·      DNS, myofascial release, McKenzie, functional muscle testing background are all major advantages

·      A passion for learning and educating others

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·      A desire to be a part of a team

·      An ability to provide fun, creative and energetic patient care

Responsibilities include:

·      Providing excellent patient care

·      Keeping up to date on continuing education

·      Scheduling and managing impactful marketing & growth activities

·      Completing patient SOAPs in a timely fashion

·      Documenting and coding patient visits properly

·      Hitting monthly lead and lag growth goals

·      Communicating well with everyone in the office

·      Being on-time, respectful, reliable
