Dr. Bill Tortoriello graduated from National University of Health Sciences (NUHS) in 2006 as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Upon graduation, Dr. Bill opened his own private practice, Integrative Chiropractic, and at the suggestion of his friend and mentor, senior DNS instructor, Robert Lardner, attended his first DNS course in 2007. Ever since, Dr. Bill has taken all varieties of DNS education offered, including all clinical, pediatric, and exercise courses, as well as special skills courses ranging from neurology and manual therapy, to orthopedics, scoliosis, and golf. In 2021, after many years of collaboration with Robert Lardner, Dr. Bill was honored to assist in the production of the newest DNS course series, Integrative Assessment, which provides registrants with a neurocentric, principled approach to provocative, physical examination procedures, manual therapy practices, and rehabilitative exercise selection.

FTCA Podcast #66 - Justin Rabinowitz, DC
Justin Rabinowitz is a chiropractor, published author and entrepreneur. He founded his first company in New Jersey, three years after graduating chiropractic school. Currently, he has founded and partnered in five companies in and around the healthcare industry which are now combined to be worth in the seven figures.
In 2015, after three years as an associate, Justin launched Strive2Move with the same vision he had as a 2nd Trimester at New York Chiropractic College student (Now Northeast College of Health Sciences): Open a practice that would be world class in clinical excellence AND business skills. He started only with a portable table, no outside funding, and no office space. Within two years, the practice was fully functioning and ready to expand all while being 100% Out Of Network/Cash, focusing treatment rehab and movement, and beginning to develop what is now a World Class team.
While 2020 was a year of upheaval and re-set for many, 2020 was the biggest growth year Justin’s business entities ever experienced. Not only did Strive2Move grow 35% during 2020, Justin also partnered and invested in a new venture, Adjust Your Performance (AYP). AYP runs 100% without Justin physically involved in treatment and has gone from zero to mid six figures in just 18 months.
In 2021, Justin purchased business real estate, acquired an existing chiropractic practice, launched a business coaching and digital marketing business, and partnered in opening a Functional Medicine practice (The FuncMed Lab). Out of all the accomplishments, Justin is most proud of the team and culture his community of businesses have built. As of this writing, Justin has never lost an employee. Justin’s only hope is his golf game improves like his businesses have.

FTCA Podcast #63 - Antonio Webb MD - Fellowship Trained Spine Surgeon
Dr. Antonio J. Webb is a fellowship trained Spine Surgeon and specializes in all medical conditions related to the spine including degenerative, deformity, trauma, cervical/lumbar arthroplasty, and minimally invasive spine surgery. Dr. Webb is a long term resident of San Antonio, Texas for the past 19 years and welcomes patients to the clinic who struggle with spine pain and who are looking for a solution.
Growing up in Shreveport, Louisiana, it wasn’t until he attended a Medical Careers Magnet Program in high school that he envisioned his life outside the streets of Louisiana as a doctor. To make this dream a reality, he joined the United States Air Force at age 17 and spent a total of 8 years as a medic and LVN in the military including a tour north of Baghdad, Iraq in 2005 to a forward operating base dubbed “Mortarville” for the frequency of mortar attacks it endured. His unit treated just over 800 patients while in country and survived over 100 enemy mortar attacks during their deployment, while also earning several medals of distinction in the process.
In addition to his surgical training at UT San Antonio, Dr Webb was fortunate to learn and spend time operating under the guidance of Dr. Kaye Wilkins in Port Au Prince, Haiti on two separate occasions and in 2018 he was awarded an AO trauma fellowship that allowed him to spend a month doing trauma and spine surgery in Bangkok, Thailand.
Dr. Webb continued his training to subspecialize in Spine Surgery with a combined Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Spine Surgery Fellowship at the prestigious Texas Back Institute in Plano, Texas. Texas Back Institute is a leader in artificial disc replacement and was the first practice in America to implant an artificial disc replacement. Dr. Webb co-authored articles on cervical and lumbar artificial disc replacement while refining his surgical skills over that year.
During his fellowship at Texas Back Institute, he learned how to utilize a multi-specialty approach to treating the spine. He worked closely with therapists, interventional pain specialists, 16 Orthopedic spine surgeons and 3 Neurosurgeons. He took the best practices from all his mentors, in each specialty, to formulate his own unique approach to spine care believing that conservative treatment is the ultimate goal, using surgery only as a final and last resort.

Shortly after this realization, Colin founded CARR Healthcare Realty with the exclusive double niche of only representing healthcare tenants and buyers. CARR Healthcare Realty’s mission of: Only Healthcare. Only Tenants and Buyers.® alongside a no-conflicts of interest approach of not representing landlords and sellers was an idea that was met with open arms from hundreds of healthcare providers.
Within a short period of time, CARR Healthcare Realty was representing dentists, physicians, veterinarians, optometrists and other healthcare providers all throughout Colorado with their commercial real estate needs. After five years of operating exclusively in Colorado, and with requests coming in on a regular basis from healthcare providers to take CARR Healthcare Realty’s services into other states, a national expansion plan was launched, and the company began opening offices in states throughout the country.

“Chiropractors are in the people business. Our profession is incredibly relational by nature. We help people by putting our hands on them. We see our people repetitively, often over the course of years. That’s a high-touch business by anyone’s definition.
Chiropractors should be known for their ethical marketing and people-centric business practices. The chiropractic profession should be mentioned amongst the most trusted professionals, not the least.
Thankfully, there is a growing number of chiropractors who are committed to being ethical, people-centered chiropractors. We are the chiropractors who care because it's right to care. We are intentional about building strong relationships within our communities, and we refuse to compromise the wellbeing of our people.
