Gregg is a 2nd generation chiropractor who is in his 35th year of practice, after graduating from LACC in 1986. He continues to see patients and consults with chiropractors, attorneys and insurance companies. He reviews a shit-ton of chiropractic records and performs the occasional Independent Medical Exam. Gregg has been teaching documentation and coding to chiropractors at the post-graduate level for more than 20 years. Gregg has a lot on his mind and has an opinion about, well, literally everything - most of which are saved for private conversations with really good Scotch. While Gregg appreciates a good outline for podcasts, he's never actually followed one and believes that every tangent is worth exploring.

Podcast #78 - Justin Rabinowitz
Justin Rabinowitz is a chiropractor, published author and entrepreneur.
He founded his first company in New Jersey, three years after graduating chiropractic school. Currently, he has founded and partnered in five companies in and around the healthcare industry which are now combined to be worth in the seven figures.
In 2015, after three years as an associate, Justin launched Strive2Move with the same vision he had as a 2nd Trimester at New York Chiropractic College student (Now Northeast College of Health Sciences): Open a practice that would be world class in clinical excellence AND business skills.
He started only with a portable table, no outside funding, and no office space. Within two years, the practice was fully functioning and ready to expand all while being 100% Out Of Network/Cash, focusing treatment rehab and movement, and beginning to develop what is now a World Class team.
While 2020 was a year of upheaval and re-set for many, 2020 was the biggest growth year Justin’s business entities ever experienced. Not only did Strive2Move grow 35% during 2020, Justin also partnered and invested in a new venture, Adjust Your Performance (AYP).
AYP runs 100% without Justin physically involved in treatment and has gone from zero to mid six figures in just 18 months.
In 2021, Justin purchased business real estate, acquired an existing chiropractic practice, launched a business coaching and digital marketing business, and partnered in opening a Functional Medicine practice (The FuncMed Lab).
Out of all the accomplishments, Justin is most proud of the team and culture his community of businesses have built. As of this writing, Justin has never lost an employee.
Justin’s only hope is his golf game improves like his businesses have.

FTCA Podcast #72 - Colin Carr
Colin Carr is the Founder and CEO of CARR, and invests his time and expertise into the professional lives of his staff and agents, systems and processes, and ultimately the thousands of healthcare providers that CARR has the privilege to represent annually.
Colin has been involved in commercial real estate since 2000 and has personally completed over 1,000 transactions. Colin trains and advises thousands of healthcare professionals, administrators, investors and students throughout the country on an annual basis through national meetings, conventions, study clubs, associations, universities, webinars and more.
CARR’s mission is to help healthcare providers Maximize Your Profitability Through Real Estate®
Colin began his real estate career at the age of 19 by managing multi-family apartment complexes in the greater Lansing, Michigan area.
He moved to Denver, Colorado in his early twenties and continued in property management, where he managed several mid and high-rise apartment complexes near downtown Denver.
He received his broker’s license at 23 and began representing local, regional and national companies with their commercial real estate needs. Initially, Colin represented both landlords, sellers, tenants, buyers and investors across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate specialties, including: office, industrial, retail, land and investment real estate.
After almost a decade of commercial real estate experience that spanned numerous areas of exposure, and with several hundred completed real estate transactions on his resume, Colin was drawn to the Healthcare field and began focusing exclusively on healthcare related transactions. In a short period of time, Colin realized he was having more impact and influence representing healthcare providers while enjoying the results of Helping People Who Help People™ beyond any area of real estate he had ever been involved in.
Shortly after this realization, Colin founded CARR Healthcare Realty with the exclusive double niche of only representing healthcare tenants and buyers. CARR Healthcare Realty’s mission of: Only Healthcare. Only Tenants and Buyers.® alongside a no-conflicts of interest approach of not representing landlords and sellers was an idea that was met with open arms from hundreds of healthcare providers.
Within a short period of time, CARR Healthcare Realty was representing dentists, physicians, veterinarians, optometrists and other healthcare providers all throughout Colorado with their commercial real estate needs. After five years of operating exclusively in Colorado, and with requests coming in on a regular basis from healthcare providers to take CARR Healthcare Realty’s services into other states, a national expansion plan was launched, and the company began opening offices in states throughout the country.
Today, CARR’s team of expert Healthcare Real Estate Agents span coast-to-coast and CARR is the nation’s leading provider of commercial real estate services for Healthcare Professionals.
